Depending on your contact with us, we process the following personal data, among others:

We do not store personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless a statutory retention obligation applies. In general, we apply the following retention periods:

  • Contact details: maximum 2 years after last contact
  • Offer and contract data: for as long as the agreement is valid and up to 7 years thereafter (tax retention obligation)
  • Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access and unauthorized disclosure.

Where we collect sensitive information (such as credit card information), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure manner. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the web page’s address.
